Modern Livingston Home
Livingston, NJ
This extensive modern residential property offers diverse filming environments, from bright open-concept main living areas with high ceilings and ample natural light to a fully equipped basement recreation zone with controlled artificial illumination. Architectural details include tray/coffered ceilings, wainscoting, and clean lines, all presented in a versatile neutral palette of greys, whites, and natural wood. Exterior spaces feature a large swimming pool, manicured lawns, children's play areas, and a classic suburban home facade, providing multiple backdrops for commercials, lifestyle, or narrative productions. Note the basement's limited natural light and the potential need for set dressing in specific areas like the garage.
